This announcement does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. There is no solicitation or funding currently available. Additionally, The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources because of this sources sought announcement. The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. 2. Cannon Air Force Base (AFB) located in New Mexico is seeking information on interested parties that are capable sources for a Giant Voice Service contract for Cannon AFB and Melrose Air Force Range, New Mexico. The 27th Special Operations Wing is searching for potential contractors to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, training, personnel, and transportation necessary to perform this service in accordance with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Maintenance services include servicing, troubleshooting,repairing, replacement of parts, and installation. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with Federal Communication Commission (ECC), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications, and AFI 17-210, Radio Management. 3. In order to make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications. Responses must demonstrate the company’s ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14). SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Type of Small Business; CAGE Code; Your contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and/or service, to include General Service Administration (GSA): Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) (including applicable SIN(s)), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than five pages) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in this Technical Description. 4.
