Revised Solicitation 1 July 2020: Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to revise Attachment 1: Instructions to Offerors - Basis for Award, dated 1 July 2020, in order to notify all vendors of the requirement of inclusion of New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT). The NMGRT language can be found in Attachment 1: Instructions to Offerors - Basis for Award, dated 1 July 2020, page 4. All changes have been highlighted. In addition, an updated Questions and Answers document, dated 1 July 2020, has been posted with this amendment. The required date and time for receipt of proposals has not change. This is a combined Synopsis / Solicitation Simplified Acquisition Proposal Request (SAPR), Solicitation number FA485520Q0011. Wage Determination 2015?5458: Rev 13 – 23 December 2019 The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform grease trap cleaning services at Cannon Air Force Base New Mexico. Service includes: Pumping and Cleaning. The Contractor shall remove all liquid, semi-solid waste materials from each grease trap and shall use scraping or high-pressure water to remove any accumulations on interior walls and floors. The Contractor shall clean the grease trap service area around the grease trap. The Contractor shall use a biodegradable detergent to scrub the surface areas. Grease traps shall be cleaned whenever they are pumped. Skimming - The Contractor shall skim off the grease layer from the water surface in the grease trap, clean up and remove any spillage, or residue. Disposal - The Contractor shall transport and dispose of all excavated, or otherwise removed liquid, semi-solid, or solid waste materials to an approved off-base disposal site, in accordance with all applicable Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), State and local liquid and solid waste pollution abatement Statutes, Executive Orders, codes, criteria and requirements.
