This requirement is for the acquisition of non-personal services to provide Flightline Fire Extinguisher Maintenance services located on Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All interested parties must provide a quote by the time specified by the government in order to be considered for award. Please contact Braulio Ramirez at braulio.ramirez_galvan@us.af.mil for any questions or conerns. Offerors questions and answers: 1. All fire extinguisher’s will be due for hydrotesting in 2027. In regards to the hydrotesting being due in 2027 that is correct. This is because of the TCTO that came out last year and the test were accomplished to inspect for the defect. Not sure what the best course of action would be but I believe it would be best to spread it out over the next couple of years so that all of them aren’t due at the same time. With 106 extinguishers we could see about making the contract for 30 each year which should get them all accomplished by 2027 and put them on a schedule. 2. Section 4.9 Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Training Network (ESOHTN): the website is no longer working. Is there a new website for this training? Training is available through the TEACH The Environmental Course Hub at https://usaf.learningbuilder.com/ 3. What is the brand of the Wheeled Fire Extinguishers? *** CORRECTION *** The brands of the Wheeled Fire Extinguishers are the AMEREX brand and the GENERAL brand that were manufactured by Amerex.
