Simplified Acquisition Proposal Request (SAPR) FA485520Q0013 – Hood and Duct Fire Extinguishing and Automatic Fire Alarm Interconnect Systems Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA485520Q0013 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This is a set-aside for total small business. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the acquisition of Hood and Duct Fire Extinguishing and Automatic Fire Alarm Interconnect Systems Maintenance for Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 3. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, test, and maintain hood and duct fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm interconnect systems at CAFB in a manner that will ensure their serviceability, reliability and operation. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the subject project. This requirement is a follow on to contract FA855-15-P-0055.
