The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles, and other items and services necessary to perform automatic door inspection, preventive maintenance and repairs at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico. Service shall be in compliance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications & in accordance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. This is a firm-fixed price contract.
