1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) OF 221320 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $20.5 MILLION IS TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES FOR A FIVE YEAR EFFORT. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. Cannon AFB, New Mexico, is conducting market research to identify potential small business sources including 8(a), veteran-owned small business (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), HUBZone small business, small disadvantage business (SDB), and women-owned small business (WOSB) concerns with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully perform the operation of maintenance and repair of all equipment at the WWTP including, but not limited to, a manual bar screen, a mechanical bar screen, two influent pump stations, three Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR) with total capacity of approximately 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD), one aerobic digester, one chlorine contact chamber, two Screw Pumps, one Huber Grit and Grease Unit, 13 flow meters, grit and sludge drying beds, one Hi-Tech Grit and Grease Unit, one Auger Monster®, one Raw Wastewater Storage Basin with pump, one Effluent Storage Basin with three pumps, one AquaDisk® Filter Unit with cloth media, six aeration blowers, six chemical pumps, SCADA system, and one SolarBee. The plant operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Such operations include general operation of plant equipment, valves and piping, sampling and lab analysis, waste and effluent disposal, and other related services. Facility operations and effluent discharge practices shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards, including the New Mexico discharge permit requirements. Note: The New Mexico discharge permit is currently being updated (Para 1.1.1 of Performance Work Statement). Once the permit becomes available an amendment to the Sources Sought will be updated. 3.
