This is a synopsis for commercial services for Microwave Systems Support Services with the 27th Special Operations Communications Squadron, Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government reserves the right to cancel the requirement before or after closing. All pricing shall be good for 120 days after proposal close date. The proposed solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) No.: FA4855-19-R-A016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811213 - Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a Small Business Size Standard of $11.0M. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-A-Side. DESCRIPTION: Non-Personal Service: The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Microwave Systems Support Services for Cannon Air Force Base and Melrose Air Force Range, New Mexico in accordance with (IAW) all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor shall provide maintenance services to include servicing, troubleshooting, technical services, repairing, replacement parts installation, equipment and systems restoration services to provide continuous and reliable operation of the Microwave Infrastructure at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), Chavez Manor (CM), and Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR), New Mexico. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Anticipated to be base year plus four (4) additional one-year option periods. ADDITIONAL NOTES: In order to be awarded a contract by this office an offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration is free and can be made online at www.sam.gov. Note that you must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number before you can register along with a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE). Failure to be SAM registered at time of award may delay the award and depending on the need of the government may be cause to award to the next qualified best value offeror already registered. However, do not delay submitting your proposal pending confirmation of registration. Include your DUNS number and CAGE code along with your proposal as proof of active registration. Ensure your company's Representations and Certifications are current and up to date for this acquisition.
