All of these supplemental documents are included with this document. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4855-18-R-0029. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-98 and Defense Change Notice 2018052506. (iv) This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 562991 and the Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $7,500,000. (v) The specifications, details, and requirements of the service to be provided are available within the PWS and the Estimated Usage document. The Estimated Usage document details the exact dates and amounts of latrines that will need to be furnished and serviced for certain occassions in an attempt to clarify any confusion concerning the CLIN layout. The SF 1449 offers a CLIN-by-CLIN breakdown of what is required and shall be returned back to the Government with prices included for each CLIN.
