The 23D Contracting Squadron seeks a small-business contractor for non-personal vent hood and duct cleaning services, including labor, equipment, materials, power washing, scraping, and wiping in compliance with NFPA 96 and the PWS. Performance is at Moody AFB, GA 31699 and the Grassy Pond annex. The acquisition is a competitive 100% Small Business set-aside evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable, with NAICS 561790 and a $9 million size standard. Award is contingent on availability of appropriated funds, which are not presently available. The contract would include a 12-month base period from 1 June 2027 through 31 May 2028 plus four one-year options through 31 May 2032; a site visit is scheduled for 12 November 2026 at 9:00 AM EST at the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB.
