Moody AFB Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS)

This is a Request for Proposal to establish and operate a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, stocking, and managing a storefront in building 980, providing materials and equipment for base construction and maintenance.
