Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This lowest-price technically acceptable RFQ seeks two tactical, rapidly deployable ISU 90 cargo containers (P/N 56102000 or equal) for Moody Air Force Base, GA, delivered to the 38th RQS at Moody AFB, FOB destination. The containers must meet specified dimensions, provide at least 380 cubic feet interior volume, weigh no more than 1,800 lbs empty, support a 10,000 lb payload, stack two-high, and include four doors, retractable folding steps, winching rings, and interoperability with military aircraft and tactical vehicles. Quotes must include any applicable shipping/transportation charges and indicate delivery/lead time, with required delivery on or before 31 December 2026. Award will be a firm fixed price purchase order on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, restricted to 100% small business, and requires SAM registration. Funds are not presently available, so no award will be made until funds are available, and the government may cancel the solicitation.
