The Government is seeking a vendor to provide a 25-foot commercial-grade, rigid-hull, fiberglass-reinforced law enforcement patrol vessel with dual outboard engines, integrated electronics/navigation, law enforcement lighting, custom operational accessories, and an aluminum trailer. The vessel will support Port Moody AFB tactical and law enforcement units for waterborne security, patrol, interdiction, and search-and-rescue operations in austere coastal and harbor environments, with delivery included to the designated Port Moody AFB drop-off point. Required capabilities include an unsinkable foam-flotation hull, self-bailing cockpit, minimum dual 225 HP V6 DTS outboards totaling 450 HP, at least 172-gallon fuel capacity, hydraulic steering, trim tabs, engine guard/crash rail, and heavy-duty bow/stern tow points. Mission equipment must include secure weapon and SCUBA storage, Simrad or equivalent 16-inch display/radar/sonar/VHF/thermal night vision, Whelen or equivalent emergency lighting, remote searchlight, underwater transom lights, center-console hardtop with weather protection, canvas covers, battery charging system, anchor package, and fire extinguishers. The package also requires a heavy-duty dual-axle aluminum trailer, minimum 10-year commercial hull warranty, commercial outboard engine warranty, digital manuals, and the Government notes that funds are not presently available and no award will be made until funds are available.
