Mobile Firefighter Training Prop
The government seeks a firm-fixed-price quotation for one compact, mobile firefighter training prop for on-site use at a fire station, designed to provide realistic, repeatable training without permanent training infrastructure. The prop must be ruggedized and weather-resistant, with a forcible-entry door, adjustable-pitch roof ventilation simulator, second-story platform, and confined-space, wall-breach, and entanglement training modules supporting at least 20 repeatable scenarios. It must comply with NFPA 1402, NFPA 1006, and OSHA guardrail requirements, using modular or commercially available components where practicable and replaceable off-the-shelf consumables. Quoters must provide technical documentation demonstrating compliance, pricing for the single unit including freight to the government-designated destination, delivery lead time, and warranty information; award will be made on a lowest-priced technically acceptable basis. Required delivery is no later than 10 months after contract award, with earlier delivery encouraged and an anticipated commercial lead time of about 8 to 10 months; funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until funds are available.
