Moody AFB is looking for a One-Time Service for Vehicle Damage Repair. 1. Objective Identify qualified vendors to perform repairs and painting on a 2021 Ford Transit vehicle, ensuring it meets DOT standards. Vendor must have a paint booth/facility capable of handling the vehicle. Vehicle will be picked up and returned to Moody AFB by the vendor. 2. Vehicle Details Make/Model: Ford Transit Year: 2021 VIN: 1FTBW1X87MKA95661 Mileage: ~8,973 Height: 110 inches 3. Scope of Work Perform diagnostic inspection. Repair body and interior damage (including roof). Replace damaged parts. Paint repairs or full repaint as needed. Pickup and delivery included. Vehicle Height Limitations o The Service Provider must confirm that the vehicle’s height complies with any height restrictions at the pickup and delivery locations. o The Service Provider shall ensure that all repair facilities and transport vehicles are capable of accommodating the vehicle’s height without risk of damage or operational issues 4. Location & Pickup/Delivery Pickup & drop-off at 3350 Georgia St, Moody AFB, GA. Pickup Monday-Thursday, 7 AM – 3 PM EST. Vendor must confirm height restrictions and facility capacity. 5. Timeline Repair duration: Up to 3 months after contract award.
