Introduction This is a Sources Sought (SS) notice issued solely for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources capable of providing Mess/Food Service Attendant Services at Moody Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. It is the responsibility of the potential quoters to monitor SAM.gov for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 2. Requirement Overview The Government is seeking potential sources capable of providing all personnel, supervision, transportation, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform Mess/Food Service Attendant Services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: Base Period: 12 months Option Periods: Four (4) one-year options Scope of Work: The contractor shall perform non-personal services to include: Dining Facility Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency. Meal Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve meals per Air Force standards. Sanitation & Housekeeping: Maintain compliance with all regulations not limited to FDA Food Code, Food Safety Program, Air Force specific. Cash Handling: Conduct transactions per established procedures. Contingency & Special Event Support: Provide extended service as required. 3.
