GENERAL STATEMENT: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. Moody AFB requires the leasing of a 3,000-gallon Aircraft Rescue Firefighting vehicle (ARFF). Requirements: - Vehicle must have met NFPA 414, Aircraft Rescue and Fire-Fighting Vehicles, requirements at time of manufacture. - Vehicle must have current pump test certification. - 420-gallon foam tank capacity. - Foam tank must be free of AFFF (flushed and rinsed) - Moody F&ES will provide F3 Foam and return vehicle foam free. - Must have a bumper and roof turret. - Must have seating for at least (4) personnel. - Submit any Aircraft Rescue Firefighting Vehicle (ARFF) specifications. -Vehicle is preferred to not have a Snozzle or High Reach Extendable Turret (HRET). -Delivery/pick-up of vehicle by contractor. -Provide estimated lead time needed for delivery of vehicle. -2 months lease initially with month-to-month lease following, up to 8 additional months. -If foam tank flush and rinse are required, please build cost into month-to-month cost. Responses must address the following: Name, address, CAGE Code, SAM UEI, and main point of contact of your company. Provide a capability statement to show the ability to meet the requirement.
