This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in providing Intramural Sports Officials (Referees) for the Moody AFB Fitness Center. The 23d Contracting Squadron/PKB plans to establish one (1) or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with a performance period of five (5) years. The sports officials’ contractor or their appointed representative will provide the expertise needed to perform sports official duties required for a well-rounded, current and trend driven intramural sports league for the Moody AFB fitness center. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide sports officials as defined in this SOW. See attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Performance is to begin on 13 Jan 2025. The BPA is anticipated to last for five (5) years. The solicitation number for this acquisition when posted, it will be issued as a Request for Quote. The designated NAICS code is 711219 – Other Spectator Sports. The size standard is $16.5 million.
