General Statement: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. The 23rd OSS/OSAM requires Radio Tester(s) to perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on 54 command, control, and communications radios used by Air Traffic Control to support the 23rd Wg's flying operations. The tester(s) are required to perform signal generation in VHF/UHF frequency bands, operating frequency measurement, signal plus noise ratio measurement, distortion analyzing, output power measurement, spectrum analyzing, modulation measurement, cable and antenna measurements, and receiver audio measurements. Provided is the list of current testers that are being used with names and specifications of testers.
