GENERAL STATEMENT: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. REQUIREMENT: The 23d Medical Group needs 3 Acoustic Systems Screening Test Booths. The booth must fit through the door dimensions which are 77 inches length by 32 inches width. The booth dimensions approximate measurements should be 75 inches height by 30inches width by 40inches length. The door clearing should have a 40in clear opening for patients to enter as this will allow space for a small chair and the patient to enter the booth. As for the panels they should be approximately 4in thick and provide noise damping to ensure patients is not disturbed during testing. Furthermore,the painting for the booth should have a electrostatic finish. Additionally desired feature that we desire to be included are: Double glazed-laminated acoustical safety glass window (approximately 18in wide by 24in length), carpeting on inside flooring, acoustically engineered integrated ventilation system, wheels to move the audiobooth around, and electrical service for internal components via a 12ft 12 volt power supply. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
