This is a Sources Sought for Elkay Bottle Filler Installation announcement seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. The Services Flight of the 23d Contracting Squadron plan to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all nonpersonal services, to include labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to provide Elkay Bottle Filler Installation at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for details. The designated NAICS code is 238220 with size standard of 19 million dollars. The solicitation is anticipated to be a one time service. Responses shall reference the Sources Sought number and shall include the following information: -Business Name -CAGE Code -Point of contact name, email address, and telephone and fax numbers -Capabilities to perform and/or hire qualified personnel/subcontractors for this type of acquisition. -Business size and any/all socio-economic category(ies) for the identified NAICS code and any NAICS code(s) you are submitting for consideration , including Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged -Business (SDB), HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women- Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). -Percentage of the work your company is able to perform for these services in the socio-economic categories you have identified. Identify whether your company would team with another small business in order to meet the applicable subcontracting limitations of your socio-economic category(ies). The subcontracting limitations are outlined in FAR 52.219-3 (HUBZone), 52.219-14 (SB and 8(a)), 52.219-27 (SDVOSB), 52.219-29 (EDWOSB), and/or 52.219-30 (WOSB), as appropriate. -Is your company registered in System for Award Management (SAM) with this NAICS? If your company is a WOSB or EDWOSB is it registered in the repository? (Your company must be registered in SAM and, if any resulting solicitation is either a WOSB set-aside or an EDWOSB set-aside, your company must be registered in the repository.) -Please include a statement indicating if your company is interested in providing a proposal or quote in response to a potential future solicitation by the government. -Any other NAICS code to be considered for the acquisition and the reasoning for that NAICS code. Business concerns responding to this sources sought should articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
