Additionally, attachment 1 - SOW has been amended to clarify the timeline for this training as referenced in attachment 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *** The solicitation number for this combined synopsis-solicitation is FA483024Q0034 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The above-mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This will be a one-time service. There is no incumbent contractor or plans for the inclusion of option years. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 3/26/2024 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Regulation Support (DAFFARS) 2023-0707. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611430 with a size standard of $15 million. The purpose of this solicitation is for the procurement of 93d Base Air-Ground Operations Wing Tactical Training Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
