Moody AFB is seeking potential sources capable of providing the following listed. Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) and Price List from 2019 as a guide, noting that there may be updates in the upcoming Statement of Work. Firms that respond shall provide clear evidence that they can meet or exceed the specifications. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) has a recurring requirement for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) to provide a simplified method for civil engineer personnel to purchase materials, equipment and tools used in the electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, refrigeration, sheet metal, welding, pipe fitting, carpentry, landscaping, pavement, and grounds maintenance, masonry, electronic monitoring, controls and alarms, painting and wall covering, material handling and rigging, hardware, liquid fuels maintenance, power production, water and waste water treatment and distribution, and pest control trades. Supplies and equipment in this requirement will be utilized in support of maintaining Moody Air Force Base infrastructure. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation and materials to support the COCESS effort at Moody AFB. The contractor shall source, purchase, receive, issue, deliver and stock a variety of materials, equipment, parts and supplies for construction and facility maintenance and repair for use by authorized Government personnel. The contractor shall provide a simplified method for Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) personnel and Facility Managers to purchase quality materials, tools and equipment used for work tasks, construction, recurring preventive maintenance, repairs and the Base U-Fix-it program. The contractor shall have a storefront area located in Civil Engineer complex. The store shall contain a variety of commercial and industrial products and stock high-use/critical/consumable materials for immediate purchase. Suggested high-use stock items will be identified in Supplemental Priced Item (SPI) List. Store management and personnel shall provide quality customer service.
