This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 12/22/2023 and the Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) Change 07/07/2023. Requirement: The 38th RQS requires a tactical paramedic refresher that satisfies the requirements of the NREMT-P bi-annual re-certification.
