Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) attached for specific details. Firms that respond shall provide clear evidence that they can meet or exceed the specifications. Per Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 10-207 Section 5.2.4.1. Structure. Command Post will need consoles, telephones, Information Technology, and all other equipment IAW current Information Assurance guidelines and Information Protection Guidance set-up for Command and Control Operations (e.g., DoDM 5200.01V1/V2, DAFMAN16-1404V1/V2). Section 5.2.6.2. The integration console must be configured with all the equipment required by controllers to perform Command Post duties with radios, telephone systems, direct lines, remote controls, and voice recordings. The telephone console system should also provide ground-to-air, radio-to-wire phone patch, push to talk and conference call capabilities. The results need to ensure the console Information technology equipment integrates into one console at each position (1) Primary and (2) Alternate Command Post. This is a significant requirement, the 23 WG Communications Squadron (23 CS) has began the base telephone infrastructure switch to a digital platform. The current system operates on an analog system due to fall offline once the 23 CS completes the switch. Once that occurs, the Console will lose 24 hour communication capability with base entities.
