GENERAL STATEMENT: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. The 347th OSS supports real-world, exercise and training events with unit owned communications equipment. Protecting, updating and care for these pieces of equipment is paramount to the equipment's continued success. The fleet of radio power supplies are 10+ years old and starting to fail rendering the radio itself useless for its current function. Protection of the assets by housing them in an operations case will extend the life and shrink downtime/repair costs from inadvertent damage. The unit owns HF radios but does not have any amplification or housing for these assets. Adding this protection with an amplification piece will help transmissions cut through congested airwaves and continue to operate when propagation conditions are not optimum for operations. The specific requirement is BRAND NAME OR EQUAL for Automated Business Power, INC.: CLIN 0001 Part Number: ABP-ITCC-4G (2 each) PRC-117G 4 radio case with removable lids, including 4 uninterruptible power supplies for each 4 radio position, 3 TAS-1, 4 Desktop AC/DC, 9 AUC-1, 4 DCC-2 and 1 DCC-4 cables; storage space for laptop computer, all associated cables, and handsets CLIN 0002 Part Number : ABP-6N-HEAS-2 (2 each) HEAS-2 6-net high efficiency amplified speaker with one handset jack and rotary switch that selects one radio at a time (Pins E and F of the handset jack [data] are not connected to any radio) CLIN 0003 Part Number: ABP-TPS-1 (10 each) Uninterruptible transceiver power supply units for 117G radios with associated cables; 26.5V DC output, including 26.5V/2.4AH rechargeable battery pack, 1 external AC power cord, 1 external DC input cable CLIN 0004 Part Number: ABP-ITCC-5C-160 (1 each) Integrated 1 Transceiver HF communication case with removable lids for AN/PRC-160 radio with 125 watts minimum HF amplification, including uninterruptible power system, uninterruptible power supply, 1 ABP-DH-SKR-1, 1 Desktop AC/DC, 1 AUC-1-25, 1 DCC-2-25, cables, 10' AC and DC cables, in-line antenna coupler/tuner with laptop storage space and associated cables "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
