**Amendment 0004: This amendment includes all official questions and answers (ref. Attachment 10), as well as revised Wage Determination 2015-4493, Rev. 22, dated 03 Aug 23 (ref. Attachment 3). Attachment 5 has been updated as well to reflect the revised wage determination. As a reminder, all contractors shall acknowledge all solicitation amendments when submitting their response to this RFQ. FInally, please note that on Amendment 0003, the Pricing Schedule (Attachment 4) was revised to include the verbiage noted below pertaining to clarification on the hours of work. **Amendment 0003: Clarification on the hours of work, The photographer will only work for 8 hrs a week, this is roughly 32 hrs per month. if this is still unclear please submit an official question by 11 Aug 2023 2:00 PM EST. **Amendment 0002: Based on the qualifications and experience required, this position is categorized as a Photographer I in accordance with the attached wage determination. **Amendment 0001: The Period of Performance (PoP) has been revised. See changes to updated attachments 1,2, and 4. This combination synopsis & solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The above referenced solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quotation provided in response to this RFQ. All references to "offer" or "Offeror" in the clauses, provisions, and other areas incorporated within this solicitation are deemed to have the meaning of "quotation" and "Quoter" respectively. This solicitation is for Studio Photographer services in support of Moody Air Force Base's Public Affairs (PA) Office. The awarded Contractor shall provide the requested photographic and administrative non-personal support services for studio and passport photography, scheduling, and tracking of photographic support. The Contractor shall provide head and shoulders, full body, passport, and visa photographs. Work hours are every Tuesday from 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM and every Thursday from 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Please carefully review Attachment 2, Statement of Work SOW as well as all other attachments for all additional details and qualification requirements.
