The quote due date is being extended as we work to provide further clarification. GENERAL STATEMENT: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. REQUIREMENT: The 23d MXS needs a security camera and intercom system installed in Building 717. Provide material, labor, training and overall technical support for the installation of 7 cameras, control center and a PA system. Specifications: - 3 Vandal Resistant cameras - 4 Explosion proof cameras - Surge protector for all Internet Protocol (IT) devices - Network Video Recorder (NVR) Surveillance system control center, Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch and surge protector for all wiring and self controlled network. - Recorder, wall mounted monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard to control the camera system. - Intercom/PA System with a base station for control. System should be networked with its own internal processing and with no need for an amplifier. - Include training for Administrative, Operational and Maintenance personnel so a full understanding of day-to-day operation can be best utilized. - Provide necessary installation, programming and start-up of the proposed system that meet and/or exceeds federal, state, local and all applicable code requirements. - Have a minimum 1-year warranty for parts and labor. For more information please see attached Statement of Objectives and Floor Plan. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Thursday August 3 2023 at 1 PM EDT. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Please arrive at the Moody Air Force Base Visitor's Center no later than 12:30 PM EDT for check-in (required for all contractors prior to entering the base) to ensure on time arrival for the site visit. For completing the attached base pass forms please put your business name next to the "Prime Contractor" spot (where ABCD is present). Replace the name John Doe with the full name of the member requesting base access for the site visit, include date of birth (SSN is NOT to be added on the form but may be needed for check-in) and company for all additional members that may be attending. When complete, email the base pass to maria.jimenez.5@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday August 1 2023 at 11 PM EDT. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
