Contractor will provide Mi-24 Air Adversary Training for 41st RQS personnel. 41st RQS personnel will receive academics and flight training in dissimilar Basic Helicopter Maneuvering (BHM) against a Mi-24D from 16JUL to 21JUL 2023 IAW the SOW. More specifically, the contractor will provide an Mi-24 Adversarial Air Familiarization course. Training will be conducted at the contractor facility. A desired outcome is for 41st RQS personnel to be better qualified to engage aggressive forces employing the Mi-24 and the most encountered Mi-24 Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). Training objectives will include: --Classroom Academic Instruction - Will include design, overview and history; Mi-24 capabilities and limitations; design limitations that affect human factors, and discussion covering Mi-24 offensive and defensive tactical employment. --Static Mi-24 orientation - Will include cockpit layouts; systems and sighting stations; aircraft walk around with identification of structural vulnerability points and aircrew egress training. --Demonstration and familiarization flight training - Will include Mi-24 hover performance; handling qualities and limitations; weapons systems and sighting station capabilities and limitations; visual ranging rules for air-to-air and air-to-ground engagements; offensive weapons system employment and 1v1 HH-60W vs Mi-24 Air Combat Maneuvering.
