The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation for this procurement is FA483023Q0076 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation. The above mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 4/27/2023 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Change 05/08/2023. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562998 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The purpose of this solicitations for the purchase and delivery of Grease Trap and Septic Tank Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of award. Site Visit: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 11 July 2023, at 10:00 AM EST. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize all interested vendors with the grease traps and ask any questions related to the solicitation. Interested vendors must meet at the Visitor Center Bldg. 16, no later than 9:40 AM EST to retrieve base passes. For the specific location of the visitor center please see Attachment 7 - Visitor Center Map. Once passes are obtained everyone will convoy to the respective locations. If you wish to attend the site visit, fill out Attachment 4 - Base Pass Request and email it to the contracting POCs no later than Friday, 7 July 2023, 2:00 PM EST.
