This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A highline dock which will allow the pre-stage of a total of (6) six 463L pallets or up to (3) three pallet trains. The docks will give the ability to palletize, load, and unload rolling stock or larger cargo on 463L pallets. The requirements needed on the highline docks are to have Pallet stops at each end to eliminate pallets from rolling off the highline on the ground with the ability to raise and lower them. A catwalk is needed with railings on both sides of high line for personnel to be able to walk on the highline dock in order to build the pallets up and to push them onto the K-loaders for upload onto an Aircraft safely. Also being able to raise and lower catwalk/remove railing or handrails to be able to pull up a forklift to assist in pallet building. Each Highline dock needs to be able to hold up to 60,000lbs of cargo (10,000lbs per pallet). Tine holes for a forklift on the ends to be able to put pallets on highline dock without damaging equipment.
