(AMENDMENT 01 :The purpose of this amendment is to change the proposal due date from from 6 February 2023 to 10 February 2023 at 1330). The 71 RGS requires all HC-130 A/C latrines to be cleaned and recharged IAW (in accordance with) the SOW, provided on this solicitation.The Contractor shall use vendor provided Lavatory Tank Pump Unit and towing Bobtail or vendor provided equipment authorized for servicing of C-130J aircraft. Vendor supplied servicing equipment shall be in accordance with applicable Technical Orders. The Contractor shall dispose of waste via vendor provided disposal process which should be capable of processing Mira-bowl Cleaner. Quotes must be formatted IAW the attached pricing schedule. Please note a site visit will be conducted for this requirement and all information regarding the site visit is within the COMBO. Attached below please find the COMBO RFQ as well as all pertinent supporting documentation relkated to this solicitaiton. Submit quote for individual line items. This solicitation is for all or none. All quotes shall be FOB destination. Include all discounts that may apply. Provide warranty if any.
