The 23d Contracting Squadron (23 CONS) is seeking sources to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for utility vehicles (UTVs) located on Moody AFB. Please note the 5 deliverables 23 CONS is requesting from respondents: Deliverables: Please provide a proposed price list, which must include the pricing for parts + labor on 4 distinct UTV models: (1) 2015 Polaris Ranger Crew 900 Sage Green (2) 2015 Polaris Ranger Crew Diesel Sage Green (3) 2015 Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT EPS (4) 2015 John Deere Gator XUV 4x4 550 S4. Please use attachment 1, “BPA Price List Template.” Please state your proposed execution method. Please state which specific UTV brands you are capable of servicing (identify by manufacturer and model, if necessary). What is your estimated weekly output and turnaround time for servicing UTVs? Are you capable of providing a tagging and tracking system for all UTVs (ie QR code attached to each vehicle that identifies its owner, VIN, and service history) Detail capability to meet the needs of this requirement and with supporting documentation (past performance, mechanic certifications, capability statements, etc.) Please see attachments for further details.
