The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services non-personal necessary to perform LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING SERVICES for Moody AFB, in accordance with the International Fabricare Institute, American Institute of Laundering, Institute of Launderers, Wash. D.C., and the Standard Commercial Practices, as defined in this PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS), except where specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract or higher.
