This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall supply all items and all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to upgrade the Structural Fire Training Facility at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. All work shall be performed In Accordance With (IAW) the attached statement of work (SOW), meeting NFPA 1402, NFPA 1403, 29 CFR 1910 (OSHA), and AFMAN 91-203 standards. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
