This requirement is to procure, install, and integrate a Command and Control Console System at Moody AFB, GA. See Statement of Objectives, Q&As, and Combined Synopsis & Soliciation - Amendment 00001 attachments for additional details. Due to the complexity of this requirement and questions raised at the 4 Aug 2021 site visit, the Statement of Objectives will be replaced by a Statement of Work (SOW). Please stand-by for a future amendment detailing a second site visit, new RFP due date, SOW and follow-on Q&A. In addition, please note that the small business set-aside has been dissolved. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (IAW FAR 52.232-18) "Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer."
