The Contractor shall provide all labor personnel, equipment tools, materials, supervision, other required items, and non-personal services necessary to perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of cardio and strength equipment as defined in the Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) within the Freedom 1 Fitness Center Complex/Building #404 & Annex/Building #400 at Moody AFB, Georgia. Contractor tasks include inspect, maintain, clean, and repair gym equipment in accordance with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications, procedures, industry standards, and/or best practices, (in that order). The estimated quantity of equipment is listed in Appendix B.
