This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: FA483020Q0030. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, Defense Acquisition Circular (DPN) 20171228 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System is 333995. The size standard is 750 employees. SCHEDULE FOR BID: 38 RQS ASME Storage Cylinders The contractor shall provide all commercial grade ASME storage cylinders and all components in the pricing list to the 38th Rescue Squadron on Moody AFB, Georgia. This is a brand name or equal small business set aside competition. Additional Detail: See attached Pricing List. Ensure your quotes have the pricing list filled out and attached. WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED WITH INFORMATION Include all discounts that may apply. Include CAGE code with quoting information. Request for Quotation (RFQ) should be submitted and shall contain the following information: RFQ NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME, ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS (if applicable). Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount for each item. Quoters shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. BASIS FOR ANY RESULTING AWARD: The Government will award a purchase order to the quoter whose price is judged to represent the best value to the government.
