This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: FA483020Q0011. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, Defense Acquisition Circular (DPN)20171228 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System is 335312. The size standard is 1250 employees Description: A-10 PHASE CPI 23 MXS/MXMTRP is projecting the installation of two electrical power converters in hangar/building 701 to supply ground power for phase aircraft eliminating the need for diesel powered generators. These units will need to be delivered and installed by technicians approved by the vendors with minimal impact to the MXMTRP section. A pre-approved install team with Moody AFB access is desired but not required. Additional Detail: See attached Statement of Work, Questions and Answers, and Converter Location Photographs. WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED WITH INFORMATION Include all discounts that may apply. Include CAGE code with quoting information. Request for Quotation (RFQ) should be submitted and shall contain the following information: RFQ NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME, ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS (if applicable). Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount for each item. Quoters shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. BASIS FOR ANY RESULTING AWARD: The Government will award a purchase order to the quoter whose price is judged to represent the best value to the government.
