Amendment 0005- This amendment is to add-in procedures for the evaluation of State Licensing Agency (SLA) in the event an offer is submitted by the SLA. This solicitation is being amended to clarify that if a SLA under the Randolph- Sheppard Act submits a proposal, the following provisions/clauses do not apply to the SLA or its blind vendor: FAR 52.219-6 "Notice of Total Small Business Set-aside", 52.219-14 "Limitations on Subcontracting", 52.219-1 "Small Business Program Representations", and 52.219-28 "Post Award Small Business Program Representation." Amendment 0004 The purpose for Amendment 0004 is to extend the Response time to 14 August 2020, 1400 EST. See Combo Amendment 0004 Mess Attendant for clarifications made to the technical evaluation section. The purpose of this RFQ is to acquire Mess Attendant Services for Moody Air Force Base in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.
