This solicitation will be for several firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts in the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Program for the acquisition of multi-disciplined construction projects at Moody AFB, Georgia, Grand Bay Range, Georgia, Grassy Pond, Georgia, Spence Field, Georgia, Valdosta Regional Airport, Georgia, and Avon Park, Florida. Competition will be set aside to small businesses and other socioeconomic categories that will be later identified in the solicitation. This solicitation is being synopsized under North Atlantic International Commerce System (NAICS) Code 236220. The small business size standard is $36,500,000.00 All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and specifications and drawings for each task order. The jobs will include, but are not limited to, tasks in a variety of trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, welding, HVAC, asbestos removal, etc. Prime contractors must self-perform 15% of the work. The basic contract period will be for 1 year, with four 1 year options, which may be exercised at the option of the Government. The guaranteed minimum dollar amount for each contract is $2,000.00. The maximum dollar value for the MACC Program is $225,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued via Federal Business Opportunities at https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, or plans will be issued from this office. Requests for the RFP by any other means will not be accepted. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is www.sam.gov. There will be no preannouncement of when the solicitation will be available; however, the issuance date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 5 November 2018.
