General area of where we will be meeting is 8203 Flying Tiger Rd, Building 714 Moody AFB GA 31699. The location is fenced in and will need to have an escort grant to get in. The contractor shall accomplish the removal/disposal of existing and installation of new flooring in the requested offices of Building 714 located on Moody Air Force Base, GA. In Accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Successful offerer shall complete work by 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). A site visit will be held on Friday 5 May 2023 at 3:00 PM EST in Building 714. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Please arrive at the Moody Air Force Base Visitor's Center no later than 2:00 PM EST for check-in (required for all contractors prior to entering the base). We will meet in the parking lot near the red radar at 3:00PM EST. Please see attached base map for directions. We are requesting one quote per contractor. Questions are due by 10 May 2023 by 6:00PM (please ensure both are included). Quotes are due by 15 May 2023 no later than 4:00PM. For completing the base pass forms, please put your business name next to the "Prime Contractor" spot (where ABCD is present). Replace the name John Doe with the full name of the member requesting base access for the site visit, include date of birth and company for all additional members that may be attending.
