This is a sources sought for FA4830-20-Q-0008 announcement seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. We plan to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all management, supervision, qualified personnel, tools, equipment, materials and other items and services necessary to provide maritime transportation and support services for maintenance of eight (8) offshore TACTS Towers located in the Gulf of Mexico for at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. These tasks include providing transportation, sleeping accommodations and meals for up to ten (10) 23d Civil Engineer maintenance personnel to perform horn, light and structural maintenance and repairs on TACTS towers. A draft performance work statement (PWS) is attached. The designated NAICS code is 532411 with size standard of $35 million dollars. Other suggested NAICS codes may be considered; include rationale with any suggestion. This requirement is anticipated to include a one (1) year base and four (4) one-year options.
