This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. NOTICE OF SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE: Set-aside Type None NAICS Size Standard 611699 LISTING/DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: CLIN # DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT 0001 EMT-P, BLS, ACLS, PALs Certification - Certification in: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). - 30 hours of continuing education hours as defined by the National Registry Emergency Medical Technicians. -See SOW for further breakdown. 13 Ea 0002 Non-EMTP Refresh Participants 2 Ea PERFORMANCE INFORMATION: Period of Performance: 03 June 2019 - 07June 2019 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial (Jan 2017), applies to this acquisition. Addendum to 52.212-1: •· Offerors must include proof of certification of requirements stated in SOW section 3.1 to be considered for award. •· Quotes must be submitted in two volumes, one pricing and one technical. •o I) Pricing : •§ Must contain entire pricing breakout. •o II) Technical: •§ Must include detailed technical approach. •§ Course curriculum. •§ Detailed description of facilities available to meet situation specific training requirements. •· No page limit, however individual file cannot exceed 5 MB. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014), will be used to evaluate quotes received. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Price (2) Technical Acceptability (a) In order for this quote to be considered "Technically Acceptable" it must meet all specification requirements in the Statement of Work. The Government reserves the right to award all, some, or none, of the items listed in this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to resolicit if results garner only one qualifying quote, if it's determined to be in the best interests of the Government.
