All vendors are required to acknowledge the amendment found in the attachments. Amendment 0001- The purpose of this amendment is to add the manufacturer to the required part description. The manufacturer of this part is UTS Systems LLC. This part is required due to compatability with current systems. The solicitation number is FA481925Q033. This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311, Power, Distribution, and Speacialty Manufacturing and a Product Service Code (PSC) 5975. The 2025 Small Business Size Standard is 800 Employees. Offers (Quotes) received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2(a) using the following factor(s) to determine best value: a. Technical capability of the item/service offered to meet the Government requirement; and b. Price (evaluation of price shall be the sum of all line items, including options if applicable). The Contractor shall provide Power Distribution Panels, 20246 PDP + TM Std Electric Pole, Desert Tan ITEM#: GEN-UTPO-20246-DT QTY 25 each. Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 2:00 P.M. CST, June 23, 2025. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov. Contractors shall submit all quotes by July 3, 2025 @ 01:00 PM CST electronically by emailing the Contract Specialist, SrA Tyler Smith at tyler.smith.113@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, SSgt Benjamin Spear at benjamin.spear.1@us.af.mil, and with the subject line "FA481925Q033 Power Distibution Panels - Quote". The 801st RHTS requires these Power Distribution Panels to perform realistic deployment training and exercises.
