Tyndall AFB is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable 8(a) small business concerns for the requirements described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), and this Sources Sought Notice is for market research only—not a solicitation. The anticipated acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside, and the Government will use responses to assess the availability and capability of qualified sources for acquisition planning. Interested 8(a) firms should provide a brief capability statement including company/contact details, UEI and CAGE Code, confirmation of current 8(a) eligibility, applicable NAICS code and small-business status, and relevant experience of similar size, scope, and complexity. The Government may use the information received to refine the requirement and inform the acquisition strategy.
