This contract is for the site-specific demolition of six buildings and facilities located at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The contractor is responsible for all professional services, equipment, labor, and materials required to complete the work as defined in the Statement of Work. Performance must adhere to a comprehensive list of federal, state, and local codes and regulations, including Unified Facilities Criteria, Florida statutes, and environmental protections, with the most stringent requirements applying in any conflict. The work will be based on project descriptions and a pre-construction meeting held prior to contractor mobilization. The contractor must also comply with applicable Construction Wage Rates and all other contract terms.
