Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13)

This is a firm-fixed price contract for the demolition of three buildings at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The project's estimated budget is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, and it is set aside exclusively for HUBZone Small Businesses. The contractor must comply with a detailed list of federal, state, and local codes and regulations, with the most stringent requirements taking precedence. The period of performance will be for a to-be-determined number of calendar days after the notice to proceed. A government site visit will be scheduled, and the entire solicitation will be available electronically.
