This is a single award, firm-fixed price contract for repairing the Fitness Center Roof at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL, set aside for HUBZone small businesses. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and services in compliance with numerous federal, state, and local codes, with the most stringent requirements applying. The project magnitude is greater than $500,000, with a total performance period of 270 calendar days (60 for design, 210 for construction) after notice to proceed.
