This is a firm-fixed price contract to provide a permanent solution for water intrusion and drainage failures in the locker room showers and sauna at the Tyndall Fitness Center, Building 1601. The contractor must provide all professional services, permits, labor, and materials in accordance with federal and state regulations. The project is set aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, with a magnitude not expected to exceed $500,000.
