Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13)

This contract is for the site-specific demolition of three buildings located at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The contractor must provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as defined in the Statement of Work. Performance must adhere to a comprehensive list of federal, state, local, and military codes and regulations, with the most stringent requirement applying in any conflict. The work will be informed by a pre-construction meeting held before contractor mobilization. The contractor must also comply with applicable Construction Wage Rates and all other contract terms.
